mSeven applies a seven-step process for success to every project we are a part of:

1. Consulting & Planning
mSeven starts out every project by meeting with the client and discussing their needs. This is followed by additional research or evaluation if needed. A Plan of Action, describing in detail the approximate steps to be taken and their relative costs, is proposed to the client.

2. Domain Name/Server Setup & Registration, Gathering Of Materials
Once the Plan of Action is accepted, mSeven begins by securing domain names, setting up internet space and compiling all materials needed for the construction of the site or project. This includes as much relevant material from the client as possible.

3. Web site or Project Design, Creation & Implementation
After everything is compiled together and mSeven receives the OK to proceed, mSeven creates your custom web site or project from scratch. Everything from the graphics, coding, and layout upwards is created with your organization's goals in mind. On occasion we will send progress reports regarding the work accomplished for the client to review.

4. Optimization, Testing, & Distribution
When the site design is completed to the client's satisfaction, mSeven tests, optimizes, and puts the project into place. This enables us to find and correct any errors before the final product is made live. In the case of web sites, after this phase is completed the site is uploaded onto the internet for public use.

5. Search Engine Submission (Web Sites only)
Once the first four steps are completed, mSeven combines a series of powerful applications as well as human know-how in order to not only make the web site visible but to make it stand out among the rest. We take the time needed to properly analyze the project and get it the exposure needed to become a beneficial asset to the client. 

6. Web & Print Advertising
It is important to fully utilize various types of media in able to get the most back from what is invested in the project. mSeven works with your organization to create eye-catching, creative visual advertising for use in magazines, trade publications, journals, newspapers, or the internet.

7. Maintenance & Support
mSeven completes every project by providing a free month of basic support and revision service. This can be used to alter any text, images or design elements if the client happens to change their mind or discover an omission in the final product. Extended service contracts can be negotiated on a per-project basis at any time during or after the development process.
