The truth is that the cost of a web site depends on what you are looking for. In general, the more time it takes us to develop it, the more money it costs. mSeven can design a package to fit every organization. We have basic 'packages' starting at around $400 for a simply designed setup to packages costing several thousand dollars and up to fit larger enterprises' needs. mSeven will be happy to schedule a no-charge consultation at any time to discuss the needs of your company. And after you receive our quote, feel free to shop around―you'll find that our prices are very competitive.

While every situation is unique, we find that a large majority of medium-size web sites consist of around six to eight main pages (in Flash, HTML, or a combination of the two) and cost an average of somewhere around $2000-$3000 to complete (not including advertising or other extras). Again, this is just the average, and your quote could be completely different depending on what you're looking for. That is why we offer free consultation sessions to any company or professional that is interested in seeing what mSeven can do for them.

We accept multiple forms of payment including credit cards, bank transfers, money orders, cash (in-person; local transactions only please), as well as personal and business checks (preferred).

We require that 50% of the total quoted fee be paid in advance, prior to contract signing. The remainder of the balance must be paid within fourteen days of the project commencement date. Legally-binding contractual papers stating this and any additional legal information will be signed and dated by both the client and mSeven before initializing any transaction.

While every project varies in regards to the amount of work involved, be assured that mSeven can work within any normal time constraints or deadlines that you may have. If needed we can also devote extra effort into finishing any projects that need to be completed in a short timeframe (additional fees may apply). The average amount of time for most of our projects is six to ten weeks from start to completion.

One of the most common mistakes made when planning a web site is lack of advertising. If nobody knows that your web site exists then there isn't much reason to spend the time and money involved in setting one up. We realize that a web site is a constantly developing form of representation, and that change is inevitable. As you continue to grow, so should your web site. That is why mSeven offers flexible maintenance and support options for every budget and need. Along with the free thirty-day update service provided with every completed project, mSeven offers per-month, annual, or per-update plans for those organizations that wish to keep their web site up-to-date after project completion.

In the majority of cases it is not possible for the client to do any updating on their own (unless they have prior knowledge of how to do such work). Much of the way a web site is designed does not allow for easy modification. However, in the case of text areas, basic picture uploads and the like, it is possible to arrange a service whereby the client would be able to easily take charge of updating process (for an additional fee).

The copyright and ownership to any and all work done on the client's behalf is transferred to the client’s possession upon full payment as agreed upon in the Terms of Service document (signed by both the customer and mSeven prior to starting on any project).

mSeven will work in earnest to resolve any issues that may arise during the creation process. We are very accommodating in regards to changes. However, if for any reason you need to cancel a project that has already been started, the 50% deposit fee will be forfeited to mSeven, with no additional contractual obligations or fees on the part of the client. All materials, files, and other work created up to the cancellation date will remain the sole property of mSeven.

mSeven works primarily with Microsoft Windows-based PCs but we can handle all types of files, including Apple Macintosh-native formats.
